You will play a key role in leading by influencing and inspiring a diverse team focused on project pursuits and original equipment manufacturer sales, driving strategic growth and value across multiple business units within Emerson’s Nordic operations. This role involves identifying and engaging early with key project opportunities, developing effective pursuit strategies, and guiding a motivated field sales team to expand the company’s presence in the OEM market. As a senior leader, you will influence the overall direction and priorities of Emerson in the region, fostering collaboration and delivering strong results in a fast paced, complex environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Leadership & Team Management: Lead and develop the Project Sales and OEM Sales teams to meet or exceed annual booking targets across all Business Units Project Pursuit & OEM Business Oversight: Serve as pursuit leader for key projects and allocate other projects appropriately across the team including key projects across different industries including Energy, Life Science, Power, Mining and S&D (Sustainability and Decarbonisation), to name a few. Customer & Partner Engagement: Build and maintain high-level business relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers to drive growth. Collaborate with customers and Emerson Business Units to deliver value-driven solutions using Emerson’s differentiators, including Industrial Software and Life Cycle Services. Collaboration & Cross-Business Alignment: Work closely with European peers and internal leaders to share standard processes, track market trends, and ensure excellent sales support. Work with Emerson’s Nordics management and Business Unit leaders to establish qualification criteria for project and OEM opportunities.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
University degree in Engineering or technical field, or equivalent experience Significant experience in leading project pursuit efforts, account management, or related industry marketing, with a strong track record of developing and implementing strategic pursuit plans. Good understanding of industrial automation environment, especially in the Energy or Life Science industries Proficiency in English language Willingness to extensively travelPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
