Sales Director, US Grain Storage Solutions
**Description** **Position Title: Sales Director, US Grain Storage Solutions** **Compensation Range: $104,000 to $204,000** **Department: US Farm** **Location: Naperville, IL, USA** **About AGI** AGI is a global food-based infrastructure company publicly traded in Canada. This role is responsible for driving revenue, building strong customer relationships, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring sales growth across the region. The ideal candidate combines deep industry knowledge with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and farm business acumen. **Responsibilities:** + Aligns regional sales objectives with AGI’s business strategy through active participation in sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting + Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics to drive sustainable growth. + Lead sales and business development efforts to expand market share. + Ensures the region meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives + Manages performance through KPI’s; ensures sales activity meets objectives for sales channels and is accountable to meeting sales goals. + Partner with pricing & programs, engineering, supply chain, and service teams + Develop and direct the GSS Sales team and Dealer sales plan. + End User and Dealer development and growth for AGI Farm products. + Achieve sales goals by product and region as set out in the annual budget. + Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets for the business unit. + Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus. + Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for direct reports. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering with credentials in sales management and agriculture equipment products or equivalent experience. + 10+ years' progressive experience in agriculture sales leadership + Proven track record of business development & sales leadership + Strong understanding of U.S. grain and storage markets, including regulatory and safety requirements. + Experience working with varying sales channels including direct and/or dealer distribution networks + Valid Driver’s License required. + Ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 30% of the time **Why AGI?** We’re leading the way in global food supply chain solutions and here’s how: We’re the leading global expert in providing farmers, processors and commercial customers with the right equipment and customized engineering solutions to produce, protect and deliver the world’s grain, fertilizer, seed, feed and food supplies. Dedicated to safety, innovation and customization, AGI offers one of the largest catalogs of equipment and full-service planning and engineering services for the storage, blending, mixing, conveying, conditioning, and processing of agricultural products worldwide.
