\n\t\t\t\t\tServe as talent solutions and services subject matter expert for respective territory\nEstablish (and adjust when necessary) a list of target accounts and prospects using all available internal and external resources.\nIdentify, develop, and manage new and existing customer relationships by leveraging resources including but not limited to CRMs and external networking tools.\nConduct well-prepared face to face meetings with decision makers; get results by asking appropriate questions that qualify business and take advantage of opportunities to create value and meet client needs.\nIncrease sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts.\nMaximize profitability by effectively negotiating bill rates and terms; ensure that direct labor rates are in line with market standards.\nBuild and maintain relationships within accounts by providing quality consultants; proactively market resumes of ideal candidates.\nPerform sales related activities including, but not limited to leading meetings at client sites and client manager, and consultant lunches.\nPartner with the recruiting team in identifying top Sciences and Engineering talent to fulfill client needs.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
