Hostaway is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive our growth and handle our inbound leads for the Spanish and Italian markets. We’re looking for driven, hungry, Sales professionals who are keen to make an impact with their work.

About the role

Respond to and qualify Inbound Leads, acting as the first point of contact for potential Spanish and Italian-speaking customers from the European market who have shown interest through our website, marketing campaigns, and other inbound channels.

Promptly engage with inbound leads via email, phone, and live chat to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services, guiding interested prospects through the initial stages of their buying journey.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to book high-quality product demonstrations and meetings with qualified prospects.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system.

Work closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness, and leverage marketing materials to support outreach efforts.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.

Job requirements

Previous inbound/outbound sales experience, in B2B SaaS environment is a plus.

Fluency in Spanish and Italian, and experience working with customers in either language.

Excellent lead qualification and engagement skills.

Experience managing a high volume of inbound leads and prioritising tasks effectively.

Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and sales engagement tools to manage lead flow and track engagement is essential. Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) is a plus.
