About the Role

Our dynamic New Business team is expanding, and we're looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our award-winning sales team. In this role, you'll drive new business by leveraging both inbound and outbound strategies, identifying key decision makers, and nurturing relationships that lead to qualified sales opportunities. Reporting to a gNS Sales Leader and working closely with our Business Development Managers, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients and help pave the way for long-term partnerships.

In this position you will strive for continuous improvement with the goal of advancing into higher-level sales roles within 6-12 months.

Responsibilities

Inbound lead qualificationManage outbound sales campaigns targeting designated prospect lists through strategic calling, emailing, and online researchLeverage inbound marketing efforts to identify and qualify new business opportunitiesRelationship BuildingAssist in identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with key decision makers to establish a network of prospective clientsCollaboration & Appointment SettingWork closely with sales teams to schedule and secure qualified appointments.

Requirements

Have prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or inside sales is preferred.Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative teamHave excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a professional and clear telephone mannerHave a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience in a related fieldBe proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and LinkedInBe highly competitive, self-motivated, adaptable and organized with effective time management skillsUtilize company systems and tools to manage customer dataFollow defined processes meticulously while maintaining a detail-oriented mindset
