Sales Development Manager - Sensing Solutions
The Impact You'll Make

As our Sales Development manager for Sensing solutions in Danfoss Climate solutions, you’ll play a key role in developing and growing the Key Accounts and driving the growth in Channel Business for Sensing Solutions products in Asia Pacific region. Engaging within a dynamic cross-functional team, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders from other teams to enhance market reach and enable growth of Sensing Solutions products enabling energy efficient solution.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead sales development for HVAC/R applications by building a strong pipeline, introducing new products, and driving channel growth plans.

Support internal and external stakeholders by collecting and analyzing market, competitor, and customer data to shape commercial strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to position solutions, run marketing activities, and implement energy-efficient projects.

Use market knowledge and customer insights to define future needs, identify long-term trends, and improve how we deliver value.

Continuously learn and share knowledge across teams to enhance customer centricity, ensure one-company culture, and strengthen market presence.

What We're Looking For

Experience in sales, marketing, business development of sensors or industrial products (12+ years), with 2–3 years in channel business; HVAC/R background is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, with working knowledge of SAP/BI, PPAP, and quality management systems.

Ability to work well with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, showing strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Strong communication skills with excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities to influence and engage stakeholders.

A mindset of adaptability, continuous learning, problem-solving, and openness to travel (approx. 15 days per month).
