As our Sales Development Manager – Hydrostatics, you’ll play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering compelling value propositions across the APA region.

You will collaborate with account managers, application engineers, and portfolio managers to lead cross-functional initiatives and support sustainable success.
What You’ll Be Doing
Drive sales growth for the Hydrostatics business across the APA region by delivering strong commercial and technical value propositions. Build trusted relationships with customers and internal teams to convert leads into sustainable business opportunities. Lead sales initiatives and growth strategies, ensuring high-impact opportunities are identified and executed effectively. Represent the Hydrostatics division as the key regional expert, supporting account teams with technical insights and customer engagement Influence future market direction by gathering customer requirements, identifying product gaps, and monitoring industry trends.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering (preferred). 3–5 years of experience in Business or Sales Development with proven B2B exposure, ideally in the Mobile Off-Highway sector. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and execution capabilities. Entrepreneurial mindset—adaptable, self-driven, and customer-focused. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills with proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, SAP, and MS Office 365.
