Qualifications + 3-4 years of recent experience as a Sales Desk Manager in California REQUIRED + High Volume desking experience REQUIRED + Used Car Background PREFERRED HIGHLY + V Auto/CDK experience PREFERRED + Highline experience PREFERRED + Strong organizational skills REQUIRED + Team player attitude REQUIRED The California pay range for this position is $125,000.00-200,000.00 annually. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability.
