As our Sales Desk Manager, you will:

Lead, coach, and energize the sales team to exceed goalsWork the desk with strong closing acumen to finalize deals quickly and profitablyDrive a culture of urgency, accountability, and consistent performanceDevelop strategies that grow sales volume and profitability month after monthManage inventory and ensure the right product mix is showcased and soldPartner with the F&I team to ensure seamless deal flow and customer satisfactionBuild strong customer relationships that create loyalty and repeat businessChampion the dealership’s standards and keep the team sharp

What We Are Looking For

Proven leadership experience as a New Car Manager with strong closing abilityA positive attitude with the hunger to scale the business to new heightsA track record of delivering results in a high energy, fast paced environmentAbility to coach, challenge, and inspire a sales team to higher levels of performanceBusiness minded, competitive, and driven to winValid driver’s license
