As the Sales Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales desk operations, supporting the sales team, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the values and reputation of the CDJR brand. You will play a key role in structuring deals, mentoring sales staff, and maintaining a customer-first approach throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales desk to ensure efficient and effective deal structuring.Collaborate with finance and sales teams to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.Train, coach, and support sales consultants to improve performance and customer engagement.Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.Maintain a strong presence on the showroom floor to support team and customer needs.]

Qualifications:

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of the total compensation. Commission(s) off: Department Net  Bonuses based on: Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units, Flat Rate Hours The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $120,000 - $180,000/year
