The Sales Variable Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service throughout the deal process. Helping customers choose products that protect their vehicle purchase and setting up the structure and finalization of the sale. This individual also works with lenders to obtain financing approval and completes all vehicle purchase and associated paperwork accurately and on time.

The Sales Variable Manager reports to the General Sales Manager or General Manager.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the Sales Process

Drive customer engagement from the first hello to the final handshake.Be on the floor—walk the lot, know the inventory, and coach the team.Ensure deals are structured with precision and professionalism.

Develop a Winning Team

Set clear expectations and hold your team to high standards.Coach, mentor, and develop salespeople to hit goals and grow their careers.Jump in on deals when needed—this is a hands-on leadership role.

Deliver a Stellar Customer Experience

Greet and assist customers with warmth, knowledge, and energy.Help customers choose the right protection products for their vehicle.Resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency.

Close Deals with Precision

Work with lenders to secure financing that fits the customer’s needs.Accurately process all purchase paperwork and meet compliance standards.Submit deals, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding items.

What You Bring:

Leadership experience in automotive sales or F&I preferredStrong attention to detail and a sense of urgencySolid communication and people skills—you know how to build trustComfortable with numbers, paperwork, and digital systems (ADP, banking platforms, etc.)Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain required licensing within 90 days

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes $100,000- $120,736.00
