What You’ll Do:

Lead and support a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed goalsStructure and close deals efficiently, profitably, and with full complianceWork closely with finance and management to ensure seamless operationsMotivate and train team members to deliver a top-tier guest experienceMonitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies for continued growthBe a brand ambassador for Honda’s values of quality, trust, and customer-first service

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 2 years in a Sales Desk Manager or similar sales leadership role in the automotive industryProven track record of sales success and effective team leadershipStrong understanding of desking deals and F&I processesHighly organized with excellent communication and coaching skillsResults-driven with a passion for the automotive industry and the Honda brand
