What You’ll Do: Meet pre-qualified leads provided by Closet Factory (no cold calling required) Visit clients in their homes to assess needs and design custom organizational solutions Design spaces using CAD tools or design software (we provide training) Present your design vision and pricing with clarity and confidence Build trust, close the sale, and manage customer relationships Enhance  your customer base via networking and social media What We Offer: 100% Commission-Based Role – high earnings potential No cold calling – all leads are company-generated and pre-qualified Paid training program – learn our systems and sales process Flexible schedule –set your own operating hours (consistent 35-40 hours per week expected) and office from home. Evenings or weekends may be required.
