Are you detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy and sales support? We’re looking for a Sales Data Administrator to play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our CRM data and supporting sales operations.
Your Role:
Work with the CRM Manager, Sales Managers, and Business Line Managers to drive operational excellence in the sales process. Ensure data quality and consistency within the CRM system to support accurate funnel reporting and forecasting. Identify, investigate, and correct incomplete or inaccurate CRM data. Provide first-line support for CRM-related inquiries, resolving issues or escalating when needed. Support sales Funnel Review Calls by updating opportunities and ensuring data reflects the latest status. Act as a “CRM Buddy” to Regional Sales Managers, helping ensure timely and accurate funnel updates aligned with the sales forecasting process.Your Expertise:
0–2+ years of experience in CRM administration, data coordination, or a related support role. Strong attention to detail with experience in data entry, validation, and maintenance. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus. Understanding of CRM functions like opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and reporting is advantageous. Ability to support users with basic CRM navigation and troubleshoot common issues effectively.CRM training will be provided
