Sales / Customer Service Support
Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales / Customer Service Support specialist in Austin, Texas. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in fostering positive relationships with customers, managing sales territories, and ensuring smooth operations through effective communication and organizational skills. This position offers a dynamic hybrid work environment and comprehensive training to support your success. Responsibilities: • Assist in the approval, registration, and management of pricing and coding processes within internal systems. • Provide exceptional customer service through correspondence and support for over 100+ customers. • Collaborate closely with sales managers and team members to oversee assigned sales territories. • Utilize Excel, CRM tools, and other platforms to track shipments, manage billing functions, and maintain accurate records. • Contribute to a team-oriented culture by actively participating in meetings and sharing insights. • Ensure all tasks are completed with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. • Handle inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. • Participate in an 8-12 week training program to gain proficiency in company systems and processes. • Apply time management skills to balance multiple tasks and priorities effectively. • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders while adhering to business casual dress standards. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365 applications. • Familiarity with CRM platforms and SAP systems. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Experience in customer service and email correspondence. • Ability to manage billing functions and maintain detailed records. • Demonstrated aptitude for multitasking and organizational skills. • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively. • Previous experience in sales support or a related field is preferred.
