You’ll assess risk, provide pricing, explain policy terms, and close sales, all while building trust and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Ideal candidates are confident communicators, fast learners, and eager to grow within a regulated and mission-driven environment. Responsibilities:Provide inbound sales support for commercial auto insuranceEvaluate risks and determine policy terms in accordance with guidelinesRespond to coverage, billing, and underwriting inquiriesAssist customers with electronic payments and recurring transaction setupPresent pricing options and close sales directly with customersSupport internal documentation and systems to ensure complianceHandle confidential customer information with discretion and professionalism Qualifications and Requirements:Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferredProperty & Casualty Nebraska Resident License required One or more years of work experience in a customer-facing roleFamiliarity with insurance terminology, coverages, and endorsementsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Your New Opportunity: This is your chance to join a cutting-edge insurance provider known for its innovative, tech-forward approach and strong reputation in the small business market.
