We are currently looking to fill a part time position with room for growth (approx 20 hours).  Must have a flexible schedule, be available evenings and one weekend day, and be a sales champion!

Responsibilities:

Sales

Sell Memberships to Massage Envy guestsRecommend upgrades and enhancements to members and guestsInform members and guests of additional services we offer, such as skincare and total body stretchEncourage home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations

Customer Service

Greet guests and members as they enter the clinicefficiently and effectively check members in and out for appointmentsAnswer phones and proactively reach out to clients to book appointments and collect paymentResolve customer issues through empathy, active listening and creative problem solving

Administrative

Book appointments to achieve maximum schedule efficiencyMaintain client files and actively communicate client needs to service providerClean and disinfect common areas as neededComplete all other duties assigned by management

 

Qualified Candidates:

Have previous sales experience and were successul in hitting targetsAre goal driven, informative, and charismatic sales associatesAre critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitaskHave great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guestsHave computer and cash handling skillsAre supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care servicesHave a high school diploma (or equivalent)
