Description We are looking for a Sales & Customer Care Consultant to join our team in Mahwah, New Jersey. In this contract position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service within the retail industry. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless customer experiences while meeting performance targets. Responsibilities: • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries effectively and ensuring satisfaction in every interaction. • Anticipate and resolve potential issues to maintain a smooth and seamless customer experience. • Provide assistance with various customer inquiries, including product information, returns, delivery, registration, payments, and more. • Meet sales, quality, and productivity targets, contributing to the overall success of the department. • Collaborate with team members and other internal departments to enhance service quality and knowledge. • Maintain accurate records and data through efficient order entry and correspondence. • Schedule appointments and manage inbound and outbound calls professionally. • Use Microsoft Excel and Word to execute administrative tasks and maintain organized documentation. • Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally. Requirements • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in keyboard usage with accurate grammar and spelling. • Ability to work confidently and proactively in a customer-facing role. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Capable of working effectively within a team environment. • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and additional hours during busy periods. • Familiarity with call center customer service processes, data entry, and email correspondence. • Competence in using Microsoft Excel and Word for administrative purposes.
