Sales Coordinator - Signia by Hilton Indianapolis

This 800-room property will serve as a cornerstone hotel connected to the Indiana Convention Center. What Will I Be Doing? 

The Sales coordinator provides support to sales managers and working closely with Director of Sales and Marketing on special projects that may include data collection and reporting accuracy.  This position is crucial in lead management, contractual completion, written and verbal communication to contacts, etc.

Answering Phones and emails to assist internal and external guests with request Preparing proposals, contractsData Entry using Delphi.fdc, Microsoft Word and Excel.Preparing for client site inspections.  Attend weekly sales departmental meeting and other scheduled meetings to support business operations, such as group pick up meeting, weekly resume meeting, and daily sales meeting.Running reports through Delphi, systems administrative duties (making sure accuracy of all definite groups in the system).Completes special projects as requested by their team. Client interaction with showcasing of model rooms at time. 

This is an entry level, hourly based role. Pre-Opening offices are based out of Pan Am Plaza in Indianapolis, IN until hotel office are open 

What are we looking for?

Minimum of 1+ years of sales coordinator/administrative experience with the hotel industry 

 

Experience with Delphi FDC or similar event management systems preferred

Knowledge of the Microsoft office is required
