Job Description

We are looking for you, a Sales Coordinator limited to 31.10.2026 (m/f/diverse) to support our business area OESL at the location Karben, Germany.

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

Execute sales administrative activities throughout the product lifecycle, such as change management, commercial condition changes, and spare parts activitiesSupport in the information collection about market (trends) and competitorsHandle customer-related external and internal reporting tools (e.g., customer portals, sales databases)Execution of Sales Administration activities for the Segment Emission Reduction SolutionsEstablish and maintain customer network Execute and support sales and administrative tasks during the pre-acquisition phase, including order intake, acquisition, and quote processes

QualificationsCommercial apprenticeship with professional experience or academic degree in business administration, marketing or similar qualificationFirst experience in sales or engineering in automotive businessGood communication and presentation skillsCustomer-oriented workFluent German and English language skills, both in spoken and writtenSelf-OrganizationAble to work in cross-functional teams
