Sales Coordinator
Job Title: Sales CoordinatorJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in facilitating the entire order process, from entry to billing, while serving as the main point of contact between sales, inventory, and product coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, experience with CRM systems, and the ability to coordinate logistics effectively.

ResponsibilitiesFacilitate all aspects of the order process including order entry, shipping, and billing.Serve as the primary liaison between sales, inventory coordination, and product coordination to resolve issues related to open orders, inventory inquiries, shipping, and billing.Collaborate with sales managers and customers to address issues, deliver orders, and process paperwork.Enter orders into OHM via the Mobile App or manually.Accurately file and create necessary paperwork such as bills of lading, certificates of analysis, and purchase orders.Coordinate with the Product Coordination team to source materials for orders.Work with the Credit Department to ensure customers have appropriate credit for their orders.Set up shipment orders through OTM and collaborate with Transportation Coordinators to resolve transportation issues.Ensure orders are processed within 48 hours.Track shipments throughout the entire transportation process and gather freight rates when necessary.Oversee the complete order process from entry to shipment, including credit checks, inventory checks, and coordination with the transportation team.Essential Skills3-5 years of customer service experience.3-5 years of data entry experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.3-5 years of CRM experience.Experience in order entry and logistics coordination.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work in high-pressure situations.Strong multitasking skills.Experience in a team-oriented environment.Capability to develop relationships with accounts and third-party vendors.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
