Sales Coordinator
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in our Pork division in Peachtree City, GA! This person will be responsible for outstanding customer service while ensuring timely delivery of products and effective responses to customer requests.
Responsibilities:
Order processing; coordination of orders from the sales side to the logistics sideCustomer relationship management; first point of contact for customersResponsible for order accuracy before order is processedConfirm our customers’ perception of the service they receive from JBS and strengthen our partnershipsWork cross-functionally with sales, scheduling, margin management, customer service and transportation to effectively service customer needsAssist sales in customer order patterns, reporting, product mix, volume potential, pricing updates, and customer claimsProvide good and timely service to our customers in ad hoc eventsHandle all administrative functions (calendar, appointments, conference call appointments, etc.) for sales teamOther duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Meat Science, Marketing, Economics, or Animal Science preferred3-5 years of previous experience with Data Entry and Customer Service preferredComputer skills; including proficiency with work processing and spreadsheet programs (Microsoft Office Suite including pivot tables required)Detail oriented; accuracy Ability to work with other departmentsExcellent oral/written communication skillsExceptional analytical and problem solving skillsGood organizational skillsMotivated/self-starterCan perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationAs a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
