Job Description
Join a dynamic team as a Sales Coordinator to support operations in Indianapolis by managing sales orders and ensuring customers receive timely updates on arrival times, parts, product information, and other requests. This onsite position offers long-term growth opportunities and the chance to help build a local team, with strong support from an established team in New York.
Responsibilities
Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries and requests.Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.Partner with internal teams to resolve problems and escalate when appropriate.Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and policies to support and educate customers.Listen with empathy and use sound judgment to meet customer needs within company guidelines.Document all customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems.Identify trends through customer feedback and contribute ideas for process improvements.Handle complaints professionally and remain calm in challenging situations.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Follow established service standards and participate in ongoing training.Stay informed on industry trends and proactively suggest improvements to enhance service quality.Essential Skills
2-3 years of sales support experience.Experience with an ERP software (SAP or D365 preferred but not required).Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Customer service skills.Administrative support experience.Order processing capabilities.Work Environment
The work environment is clean and safe, with office hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. As the first team member in Indiana, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the local team. Communication with the New York team will primarily occur through Microsoft Teams.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
