Overview

The successful candidate for this role will have a proven track record of providing exceptional service and sales administrative support. The candidate will be open to learning, supporting and leading in the sales department by example. Candidate shall be client centric and respond to requests in a professional and courteous manner to guests, prospects, clients and Windrose On Hudson sales and all team members.


The Sales Coordinator will be primarily responsible for supporting the Director of Group Sales and Senior Director of Brand, Marketing and Sales ensuring both sales administration, for billing and contracts and support as listed below.

 

• Answer incoming phone calls, qualify inquiries for both Group and Catering opportunities.
• Set up Site Tour Welcome packets with corresponding sale materials, information and inclusions based on market, audience and individual client target market segment.
• Create weekly and monthly recaps and reports out of Delphi (Salesforce Inventory System).
• Assist in creating contracts, proposals, estimates, and site tours lists, and other administrative sales functions.
• Maintaining inventory of and restocking of supply area for promotional items.
• Control the office supplies and ordering supplies based on par stocks and requirements.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of certain delphi sales system functions and reports.
• Create and distribute thank you cards/emails as required.



Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Computer skills including Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Willingness to learn new systems, to support marketing activations as neccessary.
• An outgoing personality and the desire to help others.
• Delphi (or other Hotel Group Rooms and Space Inventory systems) and or hotel experience is preferred but not required.



Compensation Range

The compensation for this position is $25.00/Hr. - $25.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
