JLL is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team in a pivotal role that drives business growth and operational excellence. This position encompasses a comprehensive range of responsibilities designed to support and enhance our sales operations.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Core Marketing Responsibilities
Create and manage property marketing materials including market surveys, tour books, presentations, brochures, and signage using JLL technology (MarketSurveys, Canva, InDesign)
Execute marketing campaigns through Eloqua, maintain distribution lists, and manage MLS listings with deadline tracking
Coordinate with third-party vendors (photographers, printing companies) and internal teams (Design Hub, Marketing Coordinators) to implement marketing plans
Deal Support & Documentation
Assist in transaction processes including editing offers, agreements, tracking documentation flow, and maintaining deal databases
Coordinate with Finance on commission documentation and expense management
Liaise with Research team for demographic materials and market reports
Events & Client Relations
Plan and coordinate client/broker events and property tours
Support client deliverables, proposals, and RFP responses
Organize client gifting programs and maintain client-facing document repositories
Technology & Administrative Support
Maintain proficiency in JLL technologies and software (Microsoft Office, Altus, CoStar, Workfront, MarketSphere)
Provide administrative support including meeting coordination, document management, and knowledge base maintenance
Participate in team workflow management ensuring regional and national collaboration
WHAT YOU BRING
3+ years of relevant office experience,
Experience in the real estate sector and/or lease administration
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) is required
Demonstrated capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must be an extension of the principal and handle situations proactively and intuitively
Must be flexible and highly motivated with a willingness to take initiative
Ensure that strong attention to detail is maintained at every level
Strong interpersonal skills and strong ability to work collaboratively with teammates and clients
Excellent written communication including strong proofreading and editing capabilities
Optimistic and outgoing personality, excellent follow through, must be a task master
Must be proactive and take initiative
Must be able to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment, and work with minimal supervision
Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop

Estimated compensation for this position:
60,000.00 – 62,000.00 CAD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
