General customer services in the sales department.Manage sales order and delivery schedule for assigned customers.Issue and follow up of quotations, invoices and other documents related to sales activities using SAP.Respond to customer needs and inquiries as a contact point for domestic and overseas customers.Collaborate and cooperate with sales account managers and related departments for the execution of operations.Participate in improving the sales transaction process (e.g. price, keeping sales records, customer support role).Other administration jobs such as taking care of visitors, filing, mailing etc.【和訳】
営業部門における顧客対応全般担当顧客に対する受注・納期管理SAPの使用による見積書、請求書、その他営業活動に関連する書類の作成発行とフォローアップ国内・海外顧客からのコンタクトポイントとした顧客ニーズへの対応セールスアカウントマネージャーや社内関連部門との業務連携や協働販売取引プロセス(例:価格、販売記録の保存、カスタマーサポートの役割)の改善への参画その他、営業庶務全般(来客対応、ファイリング、郵便物の配布等)Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in sales administrationKnowledge and experience in order placementKnowledge and experience in import/export transactions preferredExperience working with overseas preferred Other skillsIT skills – Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Experience in ERP system, SAP user preferredHonest and excellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and cooperativelyChange management and flexible mindsetTime management skills with an awareness of productivity and efficiency【和訳】

Language Japanese – Native level (Mandatory)
English – Daily conversational level and above (TOEIC650+)
Working time Full time (40hrs/week in 5 days)
