We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our dynamic sales team. This individual will be responsible for handling administrative duties, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring efficient management of leads throughout the sales funnel. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Manage calendars and schedule meetings for sales representatives and leadership. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance dashboards using CRM and spreadsheet tools. Maintain and update customer records, proposals, and contract files. Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales documentation and agreements. Lead Management & Coordination Monitor and assign incoming leads to appropriate sales team members based on territory or vertical. Track the lead lifecycle and ensure timely follow-ups and data entry into CRM systems. Collaborate with marketing to ensure lead quality and provide feedback for campaign optimization. Maintain lead databases and generate weekly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and pipeline health. Team Coordination Serve as the communication hub between sales, marketing, and customer support. Organize and support regular team meetings, including preparing agendas and recording action items. Help onboard new sales team members with access to tools, materials, and company procedures. Required Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Trello). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a B2B or agency sales environment.
