Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Woodland Hills, California. In this role, you will focus on promoting and selling products to businesses and individuals, ensuring their needs are met while driving sales growth. This position offers the opportunity to engage with customers, demonstrate product value, and contribute to a dynamic and results-driven sales environment.
Responsibilities:
• Recommend suitable products to customers based on their specific needs and preferences.
• Provide accurate estimates and quotes for pricing, credit terms, warranties, and delivery schedules.
• Present product samples and catalogs to customers, showcasing the benefits and features of merchandise.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and purchasing agents to foster long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate effectively to secure favorable terms and close sales deals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain how offerings can help customers reduce costs or boost sales.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
• Manage time effectively to achieve sales targets and meet deadlines.
• Utilize sales principles and methods to promote and sell products or services effectively.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent training in relevant areas.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Proven negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable outcomes.
• Knowledge of sales principles, methods, and techniques for promoting and selling products.
• Ability to work independently while managing time and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with estimating, quoting, and contract terms is preferred.
