Role overview

This is a newly created national role designed to centralise and coordinate infrastructure projects that are currently managed regionally. The Sales Coordinator will act as a key interface between market intelligence, regional sales teams, and technical experts, ensuring full visibility of infrastructure projects across Romania. The position combines project mapping, client interaction, and commercial support. It is not a pure research role. The successful candidate will actively contribute to relationship building, opportunity development, and sales growth in collaboration with senior commercial leadership.

 

Responsibilities

Identify and map infrastructure projects at national level Track project status, tender phases, contractors, designers, and execution timelines Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, and engineering partners Act as a national coordination point for infrastructure-related market intelligence Share structured project insights with regional sales teams Promote and present technical solutions for large civil and infrastructure projects Support preparation of technical-commercial offers and contribute to negotiations Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to define tailored solutions Maintain internal monitoring tools and reporting on project pipelines Participate in site visits, client meetings, and industry events

Candidate profile

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification Solid understanding of infrastructure execution processes such as roads, bridges, concrete structures, tunnels, or similar Experience presenting, supporting, or delivering technical solutions in construction or infrastructure projects Strong communication skills and ability to interact with contractors, designers, and site teams Strategic and proactive mindset with commercial curiosity Proficiency in MS Office Valid Category B driving licence Good working level of English Availability for frequent national travel, approximately 40–50 percent Based in Bucharest
