**What you’ll do**
+ Support month-end and quarter-end closings, including revenue analysis, expense checks, accruals, repostings and delivering the latest financial estimates.
+ Forecast and budget for Sales P&L at Market Unit level, collaborating with controllers and business stakeholders.
+ Provide financial reporting, analysis, and coordinate controlling activities with key finance & business counterparts across Market Unit.
+ Represent the region during planning process with other controlling teams, then orchestrate target settings by revenue stream (software, cloud) and segments (products, channel)
+ Participate in strategic projects to enhance engagement models and reporting (e.g., cash flow, complex deals, communities of practice)
+ Drive continuous improvement, process simplification, and automation in controlling tools and methodologies.
+ Assist Market Unit primary controllers with tasks like master data management, forecasting or budgeting support, and quarterly business reviews preparation.
**What you bring**
+ A university degree (Finance/Controlling/Accounting preferred); MBA/ACA or equivalent is a plus.
+ 4–6 years’ experience in controlling, finance, or audit—ideally in an international environment.
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
+ Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities, especially with senior stakeholders.
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP applications (CO/FI, BW, SAC); fluent in English (other languages an advantage).
+ Results-oriented, self-driven, organized, and comfortable working under tight deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
