Job Description

As Sales Controller, KR & SEA, you play a key role in driving profitable growth across Korea and Southeast Asia. You will lead the controlling agenda to maximize sales and profit, strengthen commercial decision-making, and ensure operational excellence across all touchpoints. 

In partnership with the Country Manager, you secure financial performance, commercial alignment, and an outstanding customer experience.

The Sales Controller, KR & SEA, reports to the Country Manager of KR/SEA based in Seoul, Korea.

What you will do:

Drive sales and profit performance — Lead the regional controlling agenda with clear ownership for sales, margin, and cost targets. Budgeting, forecasting & planning — Set and follow up on Omni sales, commercial, and operational KPIs with precision and speed; translate insights into clear actions. Commercial and sales analysis — Build fact-based analyses, identify growth levers, and drive decision-making that directly improves ROI. Secure correct buying levels — Ensure regional buying volumes and allocations are optimized for demand, sell-through, and profitability; challenge and calibrate buys to secure the right stock depth. Steer business performance — Support the Country Manager in defining and executing strategic and operational goals. Optimize ways of working — Simplify and improve controlling tools, processes, and routines to enable faster, data-driven decisions. Cross-functional leadership — Partner with sales, merchandising, logistics, accounting, and expansion to ensure alignment and commercial efficiency. Act as a business partner and challenger — Influence decisions with financial clarity, commercial insight, and a strong sense of ownership. Ensure governance and compliance — Manage administrative routines, vendor approvals, and monthly/quarterly closings with accuracy and timeliness.
