Global Master Service Agreements (GMSAs) Work Orders and Amendments Statements of Work (SOWs) Tax Letters Security Incident Responses Assist in locating historical agreements via archives (inbox, email, or physical files) Support international team collaboration, particularly during high-volume periods or team member absences. Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) requirements related to contract controls, audit trails, and document retention. Essential qualifications/Experience : Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of organization. Clear and professional written communication skills, especially for follow-ups and templated responses. Familiarity with legal agreements, document workflows, or contract lifecycle management. Experience using DocuSign, SharePoint, or similar contract and document management systems. Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate or ask clarifying questions. A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Understanding of SOX compliance and experience supporting audit-ready documentation processes (preferred but not required). Have supported global teams across multiple time zones (preferred but not required). Understand the signature flows. (preferred but not required). Are experienced with WebSignature tools (preferred but not required).
