As a Residential Care Sales Consultant with Anglicare, you’ll support families with empathy and professionalism, ensuring high standards of care and maintaining strong occupancy in our Residential Care Homes.

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months based out of Anglicare Hub, Macquarie Park.

Your opportunity

Guide families and residents through requirements under the new Aged Care Act with empathy and professionalism

Deliver on targets for allocated Residential Care Homes

Ensure accurate completion of contracts, agreements and databases

Respond to enquiries and emails within set SLA’s

Support events and presentations to promote Anglicare Residential Care

Ensure compliance with Anglicare’s policies, safe work practices and WHS standards

What you’ll bring

Strong and demonstrable sales experience

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with families and referral partners

Experience with Microsoft Office and databases

Organised, proactive and able to work to deadlines

A compassionate, professional approach aligned to Anglicare’s mission and values

A valid driving license preferred not mandatory
