This job is part of the Sales function. They are responsible for the design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new and existing clients. **What You'll Do:** + Support the delivery of the business development program with targeted new and expanded annualized revenue and margin. Service all lines of business and hubs by delivering innovative and extended business opportunities. + Coordinate the bid management process through the development of RFI’s, RFP’s and client presentations. + Guide the delivery of the market engagement program ensuring a targeted and robust market strategy. + Work with key stakeholders to refresh the go-to-market approach in key markets. + Manage relationships with our existing and prospective client base in establishing strong personal credibility. + Build awareness and culture of cross-selling and improved focus on new business cultivation. + Ensure the accuracy of the pipeline and tracker. + Drive a focused marketing strategy that improves client relationships and increases market positioning and brand with key industry partners. + Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish sophisticated assignments and provide innovative solutions. + Mentor others and share in-depth knowledge of own job field and broad knowledge of several job fields within the function. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. The minimum salary for the Sales Consultant - EV is $55,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $71,398 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
