About the role:
The Sales Compensation Analyst supports the implementation and administration of sales compensation programs. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the accurate calculation of commissions, maintaining the integrity of compensation data, and assisting in the analysis of plan effectiveness. The Sales Compensation Analyst is responsible for providing accurate calculations, timely payouts, and continuous system improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP) is a plus.2+ years of experience in sales compensation, financial analysis, sales operations, or a related analytical role.Strong quantitative and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.High attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a commitment to process improvement.Knowledge of compensation and employment law, as well as best practices in sales incentive design.
