Sales Comparable Research Associate (Bilingual French/English)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Fully research commercial real estate sales transactions over $10 millionInterview the related parties to the transaction such as buyers, sellers, and brokersDig into the financials of the deal, the performance of the assets, the property level detail, and accurately enter this information into the databaseProduce thorough sales comparable reports detailing the story of the sale transaction-based interview and research findingsTrack and update various transactions done by assigned REITsWork in partnership with assigned research marketsAssist with client inquiries regarding product usageBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited, not for profit University or CollegeBilingual French/English written and verbalExperience as a Research Consultant or above with a scorecard of 2.75 or above for the last 6 monthsA track record of commitment to prior employers.No Corrective Action for the last 6 monthsDemonstrated competency in sales comparable research; previous 6 months of sales comparable performance metrics must be provided with applicationFlexibility to work shift aligned with ET time zonePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Fluency in French is a strong plusNatural curiosity, persistence, and ability to conduct thorough investigative researchProven success performing to metrics or key performance indicators (KPI)Experience communicating with internal business partners and external clients by phoneUnderstand commercial real estate sales terminology and calculationsBe goal-oriented and manage multiple responsibilities, adjust to changing priorities, and excel in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work within a team environment as well as an individual contributorDemonstrated knowledge of and/or experience within the commercial real estate industryExperience and demonstrated proficiency with Excel that includes the ability to manipulate data, filter, and develop basic formulas.Capability to accurately capture and enter dataAbility to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth companyWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
