We are looking for a collaborative and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our Sales Company East Leadership Team, based in either Prague or Warsaw. You will need to be comfortable and effective working in a complex matrix organisation with the passion to drive change. Your responsibilities + ​​​​Coordinate and lead all HR processes for the Sales Company East, comprising 144 team members across 5 main Locations (Czech Republic, Poland, Turkey, Dubai, KSA) + Act as a key business partner to members of the leadership team, providing guidance and collaborating on the people strategy to enhance performance and commercial results + Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives to establish a High Performance culture and competitive advantage in the market + Develop and implement HR strategies, aligned with business goals, related to employee engagement, performance and talent management + Champion the Safety, HPT, engagement, wellbeing, diversity, equity and inclusion agenda + Lead and mentor professional growth of the Sales Company HR team, both direct and indirect team members + Guarantee compliance with local labour laws and Parker Code of Conduct Who we are looking for + HR Generalist or Specialist (e.g. Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development) background, with significant experience in a leadership role which will have included change management + A university degree or equivalent in a relevant field + Strong knowledge of relevant country employment laws + Excellent influencing skills and emotional intelligence with a pragmatic “can do” approach + A good balance between sound strategic & operational mindset combined with high focus on results. + Exposure to corporate business logics and KPIs with genuine interest and understanding What we offer + Collaborative and empowered work environment where team spirit is at the centre of our success. + Company values that encourage trust, respect, collaboration and professional growth. + Open environment: we are excited to hear your ideas!
