Job Description
The role focuses on enabling Category Growth for P&G and for the Customer. Drives analytic and insights across data sources and available platforms to provide recommendations and actionable plans; it leads planogramming, assortment analysis and SBD proposals to improve shelf arrangement and navigability for the Shopper, both offline and online.

Education
Industrial Engineer, Systems, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (preferred) and Category Management Certification (Offline & Online, preferred)
Experience & Skills
1. Experience working in FMCG and retail category management (highly advantageous)
2. Advanced proficiency in PowerBI, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a Must.
3. Strong experience with Shelf planogramming: Space Plannig, Spaceman or other.
4. Highly skilled in Storytelling, Business writing and presentation design.
5. Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage project timelines, communications, and deliverables.
