Provide administrative support to senior managers and their teams in customer activity-related tasks, such as billing and performance validation, and track and monitor customer activities and respective budgets.Flag over/under-spending to management teams and support stewardship/compliance-related processes to ensure proper fund investments.Build analytical sell-out reports for the sales teams to identify broader market trends and develop corresponding strategies.Support the specialty channel in responding to business offers and executing agreements.Manage the order entry service, identifying and executing optimization opportunities.Participate in process improvement initiatives or ad-hoc projects as needed.Job Qualifications
Proven sales support experience for a multi-national organizationAble to offer a strong work ethic showing proactivity, diligence, flexibility, and autonomous workingVery organized and disciplinedVery strong analytical and communication skills in Portuguese and a good command of English (verbal & written)Academic background (completed bachelor as minimum) or previous work experience in accounting and/or data analytics (ex: Power BI)Good knowledge of MS Office plus advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, IF, MATCH, Pivot and other basic functions)Familiarity with new connectivity tools, mainly Sharepoint and Teams.Job Schedule
