The Opportunity in New Cairo Egypt: The Customer Support will be responsible for customers maintenance, information update on the system and route maintenance processing and tracking. Responsibilities Create and Update Customer/Vendor system information. Develop and Maintain Customer database updates. Qualifications • Degree qualified in Business / Commerce • 1 rear of experience in similar role • Hands -on experience handling customer maintenance requests • Time management and organization Skills. • English language proficiency • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
