The Sales Business Development Senior Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth and market share expansion by identifying new business opportunities, optimizing channel strategies, and ensuring effective execution of go-to-market initiatives reflecting MDLZ portfolio strategy. This role involves in-depth market analysis, collaboration with key stakeholders, and the development of data-driven recommendations to improve sales performance and maximize ROI. This is your chance to revolutionize our approach and achieve remarkable results! **How you will contribute** You will: + Design holistic go-to-market strategy across all channels, ensuring alignment with company strategy and adaptability to evolving market trends + Identify gaps and business opportunities based on in-depth market trends to support successful market entry strategies + Define levers of growth between channels (wholesale and distributors, TT, MT, E-commerce) and leverage them into recommended go to market strategy (holistic view of channels) + Ensure strategic alignment across teams and smooth execution of go-to-market initiatives + Design fit - for -future organizational set up reflecting channels potential the to maximize the success + Recommend and drive change management plan that would support the implementation + Support initiatives to improve sales growth, market share, and key sales performance indicators (KPIs) by contributing to the identification and execution of new opportunities + Close collaboration with Sales Director, CP&A Director and Commercial Finance to create implementation plan & tools that will drive execution in store & delivery of business KPI’s + Analyze effectiveness, ROI on ongoing basis in the shame of continuous improvement **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Extensive Channel Management Experience: Minimum 12 years' experience in Route to Market, Customer Development, Traditional Trade or Modern Trade within FMCG, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering business results through others + Business & Trade Acumen: Deep understanding of FMCG business principles, trade dynamics (including Wholesale, MT, TT), and the country's trade environment + Go-to-Market Strategy: Proven success in designing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies in FMCG companies + Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations to drive sales and market share growth + Change Management: Proven track record in leading and managing organizational and people-related change initiatives + Project Management: Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring + Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence teams + Language Proficiency: Fluent in English **Relocation Support Available?** No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **We value our talented employees, and whenever possible strive to help one of our associates grow professionally before recruiting new talent to our open positions.
