Your responsibilities will include: + **Data Management & Integrity** : Maintain accurate, complete, and consistent customer data within the CRM system, resolving duplications and inconsistencies. + **Data Analysis & Reporting** : Analyze customer and sales data to identify trends and insights, creating reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel. + **CRM Strategy Implementation** : Support sales, marketing, and customer service teams with data-driven strategies. + **Performance Monitoring** : Track CRM usage, KPIs, and sales performance to identify areas of improvement. + **Data Enrichment & Cleansing** : Oversee enrichment, cleansing, and manual matching processes to ensure high-quality outcomes. + **Process Improvement** : Identify inefficiencies in data workflows, propose automation (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps), and enhance processes. + **Ad Hoc Reporting** : Provide insights and respond to requests across different teams. + **Collaboration** : Partner with sales, marketing, business intelligence, and operations teams to address data challenges. **Who We’re Looking For** We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills.
