What You Will Be DoingAs a Sales & Business Data Analyst, you will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of partner and end-user data, with a strong focus on our CRM system. Your responsibilities will include:
Data Management & Integrity: Maintain accurate, complete, and consistent customer data within the CRM system, resolving duplications and inconsistencies.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze customer and sales data to identify trends and insights, creating reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel.
CRM Strategy Implementation: Support sales, marketing, and customer service teams with data-driven strategies.
Performance Monitoring: Track CRM usage, KPIs, and sales performance to identify areas of improvement.
Data Enrichment & Cleansing: Oversee enrichment, cleansing, and manual matching processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows, propose automation (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps), and enhance processes.
Ad Hoc Reporting: Provide insights and respond to requests across different teams.
Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, business intelligence, and operations teams to address data challenges.
Who We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have:
Fluent English and German
Proven experience in data quality, data management, or data analysis.
Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics AX).
Strong skills in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and familiarity with data automation (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Experience in data cleansing and enrichment workflows.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
High attention to detail and ability to perform manual data matching.
Business acumen to translate data insights into actionable business outcomes.
