ResponsibilitiesManaging Inquiry / ForecastCapture customer inquiry or forecasted demand in SAP system
Managing quote, chasing order bookingFollowing Senior SAO officers' request to create / update quotation in systems
Support the delivery process and return process (RMA) if neededCheck delivery /RMA status per request from AM
Other CT / account support activitiessupport per request (data collection / status check / follow-up with stakeholders when needed)
Initiate order booking process and facilitate hand-over to downstreamEnsure proper handover of quote; customer order for booking by ABS
Improvement projectsActing as contributor in projects
