What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts to schedule sales appointments
Respond to internet leads promptly and professionally
Maintain customer database and track leads using CRM tools
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and great customer experience
Follow up with potential buyers to keep them engaged and informed
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and phone skills
Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Previous BDC, call center, or dealership experience is a plus
Computer proficiency and CRM experience preferred
