We are looking for a Sales Associate for our BOSS Store Diagonal in Barcelona, working 20 hours per week (Part-Time).

Requirements:

\n\nRotating schedules.\nExperience in a similar role (premium or luxury retail).\nExperience in boutique retail (premium or luxury retail).\nHigh level of English (B2-C1).\n\n

What you can expect:

\nProvide excellent levels of customer service, exceeding customer expectations at every opportunity.\nMaximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets as well as KPI indicators.\nIdentify customer needs and respond to all product-related questions, including queries about price, location, features, benefits, and the use of HUGO BOSS merchandise.\nEnsure that all customer orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time.\nOptimise product knowledge to recommend and highlight products to customers, maximising selling opportunities.\n

 

Your profile:

\nDemonstrated experience in retail sales and tailoring within a luxury brand environment.\nWillingness to adapt and take on new challenges.\nAbility to always present a professional image.\nSuccessfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.\nProfessionalism is maintained under all circumstances.\nFluent in English or another language.\n
