Major Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily store operationsProvide excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand imageCalls on current and potential customers to establish and maintain client relationshipKeep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc. Identifies and handles client enquiries and concernsExecutes sales plans and participates in marketing events and promotion programsCommunicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to store managementOther duties as assigned

Requirements & Capabilities:

At least 2 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity Passion in retail industry with good selling skills Likes fashion and appreciates quality productsFluent in English. Additional languages spoken is a plus. Must be a good team player, pleasant, service oriented with good communication skillsBasic computer skills
