Summary:


The Sales Associate supports the BDM team in managing sales operations, coordinating with internal departments, tracking orders and deliveries, analyzing distributor performance, and ensuring proper execution of merchandising, promotions, and financial documentation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Support BDM team with daily sales and operational tasks.

Follow up on customer purchase orders and coordinate deliveries with SC&L.

Identify incremental revenue opportunities and analyze distributor sell-in/sell-out trends.

Propose action plans to leverage opportunities or address risks.

Ensure proper execution of merchandising guidelines and inventory control.

Coordinate with CP&A on promotions, POS activations, and adherence to company procedures.

Lead construction of JVPs and ensure customer compliance with agreements.

Review bill-back invoices, ensure correct documentation for payments, and track Mdlz investments by customer.

Required Skills

At least 5 years of sales experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $85,400 to $117,425; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
