Are you ready to kick-start your career in sales and help businesses thrive? City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for a driven and energetic Sales Associate to join our growing team! At City Wide Facility Solutions, we provide comprehensive building maintenance services to a variety of clients. We are expanding our team and are looking for energetic and driven individuals to fill the role of Sales Associate. In this position, you will play a key role in driving revenue by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: + Prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and research to develop a robust sales pipeline. + Schedule and conduct sales presentations to potential clients and educate them on the value our services provide. + Collaborate with the Sales team to create targeted sales strategies and meet monthly sales goals. + Maintain and manage a detailed record of all client interactions and sales activities. + Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and following up with potential leads. + Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate our unique value propositions. Requirements Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. + 1-2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment is preferred. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to build relationships and work well in a team environment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple priorities. + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
