**• Support the sales team in its administrative and operational tasks and participate in the management and business development of the company**
**• Collection: Sending invoices, reminders to customers for payment**
**• Receive and manage phone calls, manage emails, and respond to customer questions and complaints**
**• Update customer database**
**• Creation of DAs and generation of CBs**
**• Claims entry on the platform and follow-up with stakeholders**
**• Verification, filing and archiving of Technician Pass Sheets each month**
**• Ensure the creation of repair WOs and correct entry of billing lines and materials**
**• Make sure of the financial allocations T, O and S**
**• Consolidation of booking O file**
**•** **Preparation of suspension and termination files**
**• Prepare the file and send it to headquarters for booking**
**• The closure on T and S activities system**
**• Tracking of orders, deliveries and customer returns**
**• Managing mail, agency archives**
**• Organization and planning of customer appointments**
**• Prepare business meetings, contribute to the definition of the agenda**
**• Update the result and follow-up tables of DAs and deliveries**
**• Communication with different internal departments**
**• Sending and receiving mail**
**• Management of the supply of the agency and the passage of the cleaning company**
**• Processing of technical requests**
**•** **Update of the agency scoreboard**
**• Capture of HSE documents and preparation of the monthly security presentation**
**• Attend agency meetings**
**• Assist in responding to maintenance calls**
